Welcome to my world of photography. I am 35 years young born and raised in Christchurch, New Zealand. I have been a keen amateur photographer since I studied Art Photography as a 7th Form subject in 1989. It has been in the last six years that I have become more involved in my hobby, and decided that photography was more than just a passion, but a career. Originally, because of my passion for sports, I had visions of standing on the sidelines of important rugby games, photographing events at the Olympics, or even following a Tour de France cycle race. However after having studied for two years at Photography at Christchurch Polytech, I have found that I cultivated a good rapport with my photographic subjects. I find myself enjoying the closer contact with people, and take great pride in making people look good on film, whether it be fashion, weddings, or portraiture, and most recently, stock photography.
